INPS: in the first eight months of the year 319 thousand permanent contracts more – Il Sole 24 Ore

In the first eight months of 2015, permanent contracts were 1,164,866, 90 thousand more terminations (up by 46,537) and 319,102 more (34 , 6%) compared to those signed in the same period of 2014. They grow too forward contracts (+29,377), while reducing recruitment apprenticeship (-11,744). The data comes from the Observatory on precarious INPS.

Terminations indefinitely have been 1,073,203 with an increase of 2.2% on 2014. At the difference between activations and terminations in the first 8 months of the year (91,663 units) are added to the transformations indefinitely (276,658 from those contracts, from 55,134 contracts of those apprentices) for a total of more fixed contracts in the year of 425,455 units. One thing – the positive balance of 104,353 standard contracts in the first eight months in 2014 – best of 319,102 units (+ 305%).

The employment relationship indefinitely established from January to August with the benefit contributory three-year exemption under the law of stability in 2015 were 790mila, of which only 53,002 in August.
