FCA: even in October, for the tenth consecutive time, sales in Italy are the best in the market
In Italy in October were registered almost 133,000 new cars, 8.6 percent more than a year ago. Hence the positive balance of the first ten months of 2015, with 1 million 330 thousand registrations, an increase of 14.7 percent in comparison with the same period of 2014. Also in October, for the tenth time in a row, sales of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles are the best in the market. In fact, in the month registrations FCA were almost 36,700, 10.8 percent more than in October 2014. Also increasing the share, up 0.6 percentage points to 27.6 percent. In the first ten months of the year, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles registered 376,000 vehicles, 16.9 percent more in comparison with the same period last year (in this case the growth is better than that obtained from the market ) with a share of 28.3 percent, 0.5 percentage points higher in comparison with 2014. They were five models FCA to rank among the top ten of the month. Behind the Panda – again premiere – were runners Punto and the Ypsilon, with even 500X and 500L in the standings. In October, Fiat brand registrations were almost 27,700, 16 percent more in comparison with last year, an increase on the market. The fee, increased by 1.3 percentage points, stood at 20.8 per cent. Year-to-the brand has almost 278,000 cars, 14.5 percent more in comparison with the first ten months of 2014 to a stable share of 20.9 percent. Also in October, as throughout 2015, the main Fiat models have thrived. The Panda was the best-selling car of the month. The family confirms 500 500X and 500L and the top ten best selling cars of their segments. Well the point, second best selling car in Italy. Launches recorded in October, nearly 4,200 cars for a market share of 3.15 percent. In the first ten months of the year the brand has registered nearly 48,000 cars and the share was 3.6 percent. Work continued on the great success of sales of the Ypsilon, whose fifth generation – recently sold – was welcomed by the market. The city car Lancia in the month was the third best-selling car in Italy. In October, Alfa Romeo has sold just under 2,300 vehicles for a share of 1.7 percent. In the first ten months of 2015, the brand has just under 26,000 cars and the proportion was 1.95 percent. It continued in October, the strong growth of the Jeep, with brand sales in the month more than doubled (+102.2 percent) from a year ago. Almost 2,600 registrations and share to 1.9 percent, an increase of 0.9 percentage points. Year-to-the trademark registrations were 24,700, more than tripled compared to 2014 (+234.6 percent) and the share rose to 1.9 percent compared to 0.6 percent of 2014. It is the progressive great sales success of Renegade to tow the results of Jeep.
