The ‘mopeds’ stopped to 23,392 registered vehicles, a decrease of 12.5%. “The 2015 – notes Corrado Capelli, Chairman of Confindustria Ancma – ended confirming a sharp turnaround, with nearly 15,000 registrations in the previous year. Declining ‘mopeds’ with approximately 3,300 records in the least, but it seems that this segment will stabilize. We face a lot more work to do to recover the volumes before the crisis, but if the good economic times will strengthen our industry will provide their input. ” Confindustria Ancma asks “some changes to the Highway Code that certainly would help the market to bounce back even better, as the use of bus lanes much safer slalom through traffic, the highway access and ring roads of 125cc as across Europe and the creation of green infrastructure for users of two wheels. It is about recognizing the irreplaceable role of the two individual wheels as a tool for sustainable mobility. ”
