(AGI) – SabMiller not let groped by InBev.
This morning the first brewer in the world Anheuser-Busch (better known as InBev) has raised its bid for British rival to 42.15 pounds per share in cash, money that evaluates the company about 68 billion pounds , ie € 92 billion. SabMiller, however, rejected the third proposal because it “substantially undervalues SabMiller, its distinctive and unique, and its prospects for self-development.” Before that offer the Belgian manufacturer had put on the plate 38 and 40 pounds per share.
