MILAN, December 12 (Reuters) – The placing banks of the ordinary shares and bonds convertible Chrysler have fully exercised options to purchase an additional 13 million ordinary shares and a further notional amount of the bond of 375 million dollars.
The group said in a statement pointing out that, following the exercise of the option, the total issued ordinary shares amounted to 100 million, while the amount of salt by converting to a total of 2.875 billion dollars.
The total total collected by Fca with the offers is therefore equal to 3.887 billion dollars.
“Fca intends to use the net proceeds of the offerings to the general needs of the group,” recalls the note.
