Cala the use of layoffs, confirming signs of restarting the economy in this part of 2015. The INPS authorized in March overall 61.6 million hours of cig, a decrease of 43.8% over March 2014 and 5.9% in February of 2015. This was announced by the Insurance Institute. The downward trend reflects the decline of all types of cash but especially the collapse of the derogation (-91.2%). In the first three months of the year were 170.3 million authorized hours of cash in the complex with a decline of 42.23% compared to the first quarter of 2014. For the case notwithstanding the downward trend in the first quarter was of ’82% while for the ordinary case the trend decline in the three months was 28.7%. For the extraordinary cash has decreased by 31.5%. Declining in February also applications for unemployment (-17.1% compared to February 2014).

From the analysis in detail of the March data, continues INPS, shows that authorized hours of layoffs (Cigo) were 22.6 million. In the month of March 2014 were 27.4 million: it is therefore a decrease trend of 17.6% (compared with an increase of 11.1% compared to February 2015). In particular, the decline was 15.2% in industry and 23.5% in the Construction. The number of hours of extraordinary layoff (CIGS) was authorized in March 2015 instead of 36.5 million, a decrease of 31.4% compared to March 2014 (-8% compared to February 2015), during which were authorized 53.2 million hours.
Questions unemployment in February -17.1% per year
In February, finally, 86 849 applications were submitted Aspi, 27 834 applications Mini Reels, 300 applications between unemployment benefits and Special construction and 4,536 requests for mobility, for a total of 119 519 applications, with a decrease of -17.1% compared to 144,231 in February 2014.
