TURIN – Employees of Fca in Italy will participate in the Company’s results. The new remuneration policy was explained to the unions by CEO Sergio Marchionne. “This new system – says – represents a significant step forward in the involvement of the people to achieve the results of the business plan.” “If the final objectives of the plan are as expected, and I’m sure it will be, all our workers in Italy will have economic benefits of absolute importance, which will be derived directly from their work and their commitment,” Marchionne said in announcing the new policy Group’s remuneration. “Without the contribution and commitment of workers, the objectives of our business plan would be unattainable,” added the CEO of Fca. “For this – he said – we believe that they should receive economic benefits meanings to achieving results.”
The total cost for Fca the new pay system, presented tonight to the unions, will be more than 600 million euro. The goal, Fca explains, “is to involve all the people directly to the results of productivity, quality and profitability within the business plan 2015-2018.”
