Mediaset still rising at Piazza Affari. The strategies of Berlusconi and Bolloré – The Republic

MILAN - Mediaset is still up to Piazza Affari, after the cavalacata of eve that led her to earn a third of its value (the title). The bursa is inflamed and Tuesday, the day of the Serpent was closed with a staggering +31,8%, among other things, resulted in a considerable revaluation of the asset at Fininvest, that in this moment she feels “threatened” by Bolloré.

On the evening of Tuesday, Vivendi has announced – as many expected – that its share was even more substantial: over 12%, and for observers by Christmas, you will get to the 20% already declared as a goal desired by Bolloré. Fininvest has not been watching and has raked other securities and voting rights, reaching a step up from the 40% which represents the limit beyond which it should throw an offer on the whole of society. And is also passed to the legal action, denouncing the actions of the financier breton to the public Prosecutor of Milan.

On the French bank, however, the doubt is whether Bolloré has been involved in yet another campaign (in Italian is also a shareholder of Mediobanca) in the capacity of industrial or financier, interested that is, only to take advantage of the investment for a pure financial return.
