FRANKFURT (Reuters) – The Minister of Finance will not greek at Athens government in case of victory of yes in the referendum on Sunday on the terms of the bailout.
In an interview with Bloomberg Television Yanis Varoufakis responded “no personally … I will not sign another (agreement) Extension and fiction” when asked if it will still be minister Monday night if the Greeks will vote “yes”.
Varoufakis added that the greek government will find a way to reach an agreement with creditors if, what he does not expect, the Greeks were to vote in favor of the terms of the offer of rescue: “Maybe we will change the configuration of the government. Some of us might not be ready to digest it. “
The Minister said that he would not agree with a program that did not include a debt restructuring: “I’d rather get me off my arm.”
