ECB: Draghi, we’re stuck with high volatility ‘- BBC

17:11 MILAN (Dow Jones) – ” We should get used to periods of high volatility ‘. At levels of low interest rates, asset prices tend to show greater volatility’. ” This was stated by Mario Draghi, president of the European Central Bank, speaking from Frankfurt.
