Data refer to March (Il Sole 24 Ore Thomson Financial) – Rome, May 18 – The non-performing loans of banks, net of impairment losses, amounted to 80.9 billion in late March to lift compared to February, interrupting a descent which it was recorded in the two previous months. It indicates the monthly report of ABI. Gross NPLs, however, continue their ascent regular. They came to almost 190 billion (189 519) in March and always in relation to employment and ‘new high of 9.8% since 1996 (the ratio was 8.6% a year earlier and 2.8% in 2007 before the outbreak of the crisis). The report adds Abi, rising to 16.7% for companies (14% a year earlier, 3.6% in 2007) and e ‘equal to 7.1% for households (6.4% in March 2014, 2.9% in 2007).
