Dragons reveals the costs of the new ECB headquarters in Frankfurt: 1300000000 … – The Messenger

The new headquarters of the European Central Bank, whose inauguration in March was “troubled” by violent protests, has cost the astronomical figure of 1 , 3 billion euro. Draghi said that 100 to 150 million more were added due to “unexpected problems”. Finally, the ECB has had to increase to around 600 workstations provided (from 2,300 to 2,900) due to the increase of ‘organic linked to the new tasks of supervision of European banks. Hence the increased cost up to 1.3 billion.
