The confidence of consumers and businesses in February struck a leap. That consumer rises to 110.9 points (from 104.4 in January), at the top since June of 2002, or almost thirteen years. Business confidence rises in February to the highest level since June 2011, with the index which leads to 94.9 points (from 91.6 in January).
