At the market response. The two players have made their bets, presenting them in a sealed envelope to Consob. Urbano Cairo on one side (on behalf of the Cairo Communication) and Andrea Bonomi other (on behalf of Mediobanca, Pirelli, Diego Della Valle and UnipolSai) are convinced, in their own way, to have played the most of their chances.
Cairo has turned what was originally a Ops (Public Exchange) in a cash offer (Tender offer and Exchange offer): means that in addition to shares of Cairo Communication to exchange with RCS shares to the value of 0.18 (from 0.16 initial), the patron of Turin in its Opas has put on also flat 0.25 euro per share.
